After the recent update last Wednesday, LevelUp / Playweb Games, Inc. implemented the second password system which annoyed a lot of botters and players around the Philippines and around the world. But thanks to the legendary Fr3DBr for the Sync_Ex algorithm to fix everything and make the login pin code work without errors.

Godaddy .COM Renewal Code valid until June 24, 2014 only

We all know that Godaddy’s renewal codes for .COMs are now pretty scarce. That’s why renewing your domain @ Godaddy is really expensive. A lot of domainers with hundreds or thousands of domain tend to transfer their domain to another registrar in order to save thousands of bucks. But hey, good news to all Godaddy loyalists out there. I received an e-mail from Godaddy containing a renewal code that is only valid until June 24, 2014, that’s just a week from now!

Fix SkillInfo_F.lua:185: attempt to index global ‘SKILL_INFO_LIST’ (a nil value)

The SkillInfo_F.lua:185: attempt to index global ‘SKILL_INFO_LIST’ (a nil value) and buf too new: read version 5.1; expected at most 5.0 are the two recent errors that I encountered after patching my RO client today. This error just appeared after the March 30, 2014 server maintenance of all Philippine Ragnarok Online servers. I still don’t know how to fix it. I’ve tried deleting my GameGuard folder, then repatched, but it didn’t work. I also tried deleting my Ragexe.exe client, but it still didn’t work. Right now I’m downloading a fresh new installer from ftp.levelupgames.ph/Ragnarok/SND/ then will try to do a brand new installation of my pRO client and see if it works. If it didn’t work, then I’ll just wait for a miracle.

Yahoo Store Basics

Running an online store is a lot easier than it used to be, thanks to so many content management software packages automating a lot of processes that used to be entirely manual. Still there are things you should know before undertaking the running of an online store. There is certainly the potential for e-commerce success, but it takes commitment and goal-setting, and you also need to have some basic knowledge of web design, as well as search engine optimization and social media.

Godaddy April 2014 Renewal Coupon Codes are not working anymore

If you’ve been with Godaddy long enough and you’re renewing lots and lots of domains year after year, you may have noticed that Godaddy is not offering renewal discounts anymore. Instead, they are giving away new domain registration coupon codes that can let you register domains for 2.95 USD, 1.95 USD, and even $0.99 Cents! But there are more people who are looking to save a lot on renewing their domains, than to sign up for a new .COM domain. I’ve been searching for renewal codes since last week and all of the codes that I found doesn’t work anymore. My favorite code GDBBX1705 doesn’t work either.

Transfer files from a specific directory using wget via SSH
If you want to transfer files from one server to another in less than a few minutes or in seconds (1GB file or lower), then use wget via SSH. I’ve been using this since I was born and I would like to share it to everyone who’s not using it yet. You can transfer a zip files or many files in one directory level, or the entire directory and its sub directories.

The image above is a screenshot of how fast I downloaded the files from a remote server to my new server. 4.5GB in 7 minutes! Not bad huh?
