Godaddy April 2014 Renewal Coupon Codes are not working anymore

    godaddy
If you’ve been with Godaddy long enough and you’re renewing lots and lots of domains year after year, you may have noticed that Godaddy is not offering renewal discounts anymore. Instead, they are giving away new domain registration coupon codes that can let you register domains for 2.95 USD, 1.95 USD, and even $0.99 Cents!

But there are more people who are looking to save a lot on renewing their domains, than to sign up for a new .COM domain. I’ve been searching for renewal codes since last week and all of the codes that I found doesn’t work anymore. My favorite code GDBBX1705 doesn’t work either.

Transfer files from a specific directory using wget via SSH

If you want to transfer files from one server to another in less than a few minutes or in seconds (1GB file or lower), then use wget via SSH. I’ve been using this since I was born and I would like to share it to everyone who’s not using it yet. You can transfer a zip files or many files in one directory level, or the entire directory and its sub directories.

The image above is a screenshot of how fast I downloaded the files from a remote server to my new server. 4.5GB in 7 minutes! Not bad huh?

Smart LTE redirects to http://y800.home/ problem

    Smart-LTE-Y800-homepage
If you’ve encountered this annoying problem when you attempt to browse a specific website and it automatically redirects to http://y800.home/ or 192.168.1.1, then you’re not alone. I encountered this dilemma many times when using my Alcatel Y800 with a Smart LTE sim. It’s really annoying and frustrating sometimes, because it’s not all the time that this problem shows up. Sometimes it redirects me to the Y800 home, sometimes it doesn’t.

Another annoying thing is that nobody in the world wide web has posted a solution to this problem. Probably, as of writing this post, I’m the first one in the entire world who encountered this problem. Perhaps I’m the only one? I hope someone out there will leave a comment so that I’ll know that I’m not alone.

Anyway, I called Smart and e-mailed them, and they don’t have a single clue or idea what’s the main cause of this problem. I’m still subscribed to unlimited LTE internet for 1 month, and my account has still load credits in it.

If you encountered this problem and you have a solution, please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below. Even if you don’t have a solution, please, oh please, still, leave a comment below, so that I’ll know that I’m not alone.

Attach unattached images in WordPress automatically after migration

    attach-unattached
Most of the time, after every WP migration, specially if you’re migrating from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress blog, your images inside your media library will automatically become unattached. You can fix this manually by editing each and every image in your media library and attaching it to the specific post where it was attached before migration.

Stabilize your video and photos with high quality tripods to give you reliable and steady results every time. Nothing will do as much to improve your photography or film-making as using a good tripod.

Eliminate shaky shots and make sure that all the video you capture is level. Many typical situations require that your camera be as stable as possible, which is vital if you are going to avoid camera shake. Forget the bumpy motion of a handheld camera and the difficulty of maintaining a clean frame with it.

  • NPM’s infrastructure changed in Heroku node buildpack

NPM’s infrastructure changed in Heroku node buildpack

    heroku
A recent change has been made in NPM’s infrastructure in Heroku. Last month, a change to npm’s infrastructure was recently made that caused many users to receive a SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN error during installation and publishing of packages. The npm-recommended fix is to set a blank value for ca in your npm config. If you’ve encountered this error before, it should now be fixed.

This issue can be circumvented by upgrading to node 0.10.26 or greater, but the upgrade is not required. But if ever you upgraded, then you must have encountered this error. The node buildpack has been updated to automatically generate an .npmrc for your app with the blank ca entry, if one is not already present.

Anyway, it’s already fixed. You can check out more updates at the Heroku devcenter changelog page.

Macro Bot Item Buyer Using Vazilios Vouchers as Payment

    openkoremacros-insublime
With the increasing number of Vazilios Vouchers—a zenny equivalent if deposited to the banker—in our server [New Chaos], comes with the depreciation of its value. A billion zenny is now worthless, compared to its value years ago. You cannot buy decent items using zennies below 1B, so buyers and sellers now are trading using multiple Vazilios Vouchers to buy and sell stuff. Thus, a need for a bot buyer using Vazilios Vouchers arised.
