Scam Alert: Monspace (MSD) and Omnia Cryptocurrency

Beware of these two “cryptocurrency” MLM / investment scam. People in the Philippines are easily lured to get rich quick ponzi schemes, when they hear about Bitcoin. Monspace is claiming to be the next Bitcoin, hahahaha! It’s not even in the top 10 marketcap, not even in the top 100. It’s a fake cryptocurrency, built to scam innocent people who doesn’t have any idea about the blockchain.

You can google monspace, ms dollars, or omnia, you’ll easily find hundreds of references that it’s a scam. There are also innocent people in Youtube promoting monspace as the next Bitcoin, and you should get in now before it’s too late. Your P9000 will be worth a “million” in the future of you become a member now! Don’t miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. These poor humans doesn’t know that they were scammed and they are scamming other Filipinos.

Just today I heard two middle aged women talking about how much they earned referring their friends to Monspace cryptocurrency. The other lady claimed that she makes P4000 per referral! She doesn’t have any clue that she is scamming other people. Oh my goodness… I want to confront them and warn them but it would be impolite as they don’t know me. I just silently listened in their conversation.

Be very careful before investing in any cryptocurrency. Always check the market cap, the technology behind it, exchanges listing it, and other references that you can read online. If it has very low trading volume or very low market cap, it’s obviously a scam. Even if it’s listed in Coinmarketcap.com, or you read about it in Nasdaq, CNBC, Cointelegraph, Forbes, and other well-known news sites, be careful and don’t believe immediately. There are paid news distribution platforms that are affiliated with well-known news sites and scam articles are automatically posted there without filters or approval . Similar to the INTcoin scam, it’s posted on CNBC, but it’s a successful scam and the creators just disappeared after cashing out their scammed money.

Be watchful, be careful, be vigilant. The world wide web and cryptocurrencies are a haven of scams.
